During the past winter, I took an assignment to write about a frozen lake in West Central Minnesota. My travels took me to Ottertail and Ottertail Lake in Ottertail County! The primary purpose was to write about the snowmobile races on the lake. For the assignment, they provided three nights in Otter Supper Club and Lodge as part of the compensation. Initially, I posted it on Shrpa.com as required for the assignment. I've now completed turning it into a blog post on The Driveby Tourist. Isn't it time to start planning for your winter travels? Last week, I took a ghost tour on Summit Avenue in St. Paul. No, I didn't get scared! The tour was interesting from both a historical and a paranormal view perspective.
